An Indigene of Okpella, Mr. Matthew Ikiabekhe had raised alarm on the alleged hijacking of Ekuri Ruling House distributorship from BUA group that just begun.

He(Ikiabekhe), stated that a particular family, tirelessly working as usual to hijack the distributorship given to Ekuri Ruling House as a whole.

“The information reaching us now is that the issue of distributorship from BUA group has just begun where some Quarters (Ruling Houses) in Okpella had already started playing pricks to the detriment of all citizens in some respective quarters which Ekuri Ruling House is not in isolation. The bone of contention now is that some people or a particular family is tirelessly working as usual to hijack the distributorship given to Ekuri Ruling House as a whole”.

Ikiabekhe had called on the good people of Ekuri Ruling House, to put an end to the unfairness act going on in the ruling house.

“Gone are the days where somebody answers the name “All OF YOU”.We have well meaningful old and young people, educated people and reasonable people. I call on the good people of Ekuri Ruling House, the youth body, and intellectuals to put an end to this barefaced injustice and marginalization by few. Round table discussion is necessary and whoever that is involved in the process of hijacking the distributorship given to Ekuri Ruling House should quickly as a matter of urgency relinquishes his position”.
