The update reaching us now, the rape suspect TofiK who molested Blessing Ezekiel with his gang has been transferred to Edo State Criminal Investigation Intelligence Department, Benin Today, November 12, 2021.
According to our source, TofiK as been accused of indecent Assault Rape, Assault occasion grievous Harm/Attempted Murder.
Moreover, The DPO Okpella since yesterday requested to move the suspect to Benin. For reason that he has no power or jurisdiction to try Kidnapped, Rape and Cultism related issue.
The CP requested that the suspect should be brought to Benin for further investigation and interrogation.
